Resale Package Information
Whether purchasing a home or selling your home in Cottage Grove a Resale
Package must be obtained from the Cottage Grove Property Owners
Association. This package provides the realitor a letter specifying any
outstanding dues and a copy of the covenants. Because of the costs
associated with putting this information together and mailing it, there
is a fee of $50.00.
Realtors may require other information from the C.G.P.O.A. outside of
the Resale Package, this additional information is an additional $25.00.
